To Whom it May Concern,
This letter is in support of the knowledge, skills, communications and responsiveness of William R. Nash Inc. BR+A has had the pleasure of working with W.R. Nash on many healthcare renovations that include Holy Cross Hospital, Boca Regional Medical Center, New Orleans VA, and the University of Miami.
BR+A found W.R. Nash, Inc. to be extremely knowledgeable in constructing and coordinating new mechanical and plumbing systems within existing facilities that exceeded 40 years of age. These existing systems can be very difficult to renovate as the space requirements required for today’s modern systems are greater than those required 40 years ago.
W.R. Nash is considered one of the top mechanical and plumbing contractors in Florida within the Healthcare and Life-science industry.
Please feel free to contract me with any questions at (305) 529-1515 Ext. 302.

To Whom it May Concern,
I have worked with William R. Nash, Inc, for more than 25 years as a test and balance contractor and now a commissioning authority. One of the main reasons they are a pleasure to work with is their strong desire to provide and achieve a successful project with what ever it takes. Their commitment to excellence is second to none.
Most recently we worked with them on a free standing children’s hospital, Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital in Hollywood, Florida. We were the commissioning provider and worked extensively with William R. Nash throughout the project and especially at the end during all of the HVAC and Plumbing functional performance testing. This is sometime a difficult process and Willian R. Nash supported this commissioning process without hesitation and was an outstanding team commissioning member. This was also a fast track project with very tight deadlines and inspection dates. With their support, all of these goals were met and exceeded.
This project was seeking LEED Silver certification and with their support as well as other team members, we were able to obtain LEED GOLD certification, quite a significant accomplishment.
I enthusiastically would recommend William R. Nash, Inc. to be considered for the 2012 Excellence in Construction Award for this project and in fact for any and all of their projects for the award time frame. They are truly an industry leader in their chosen fields.
