Miami Cancer Institute

A $450 million dollar facility, which is comprised of a five story, 300,000 square foot cancer treatment building housing six Linear Accelerators, a five story, 95,000 square foot research facility with Proton clinic and a three Gantry Proton building – a first in south Florida- which will open in 2017 . The project is anchored by two parking garages with a total of 1,400 cars.

WRN’s scope includes design, coordination, prefabrication and installation of all plumbing, medical gas, mechanical and HVAC services. Equipment on the job includes chillers, boilers, water heaters, air handling units, pumps, fans & all other specialties to provide a fully functional mechanical system.
